I'm filing Chapter 13 pro se. I am working on my payment plan and I know that I have to disclose my federal student loans in the bankruptcy, I am wondering if I have to include them in my payment plan as well being they are still in-school deferred and will be for at least 4 more years. I'm asking because I will have no problem paying off all my debts 100% during the 36 month period as long as I don't have to add those loans.
I strongly discourage a pro se Chapter 13.
Chapter 13 is a very complicated legal proceeding. Seeking professional assistance would be a very wise investment.
Best of luck to you.
