Filing for I-864 affidavit of support for my spouse. We have one child together.
I have three children under 18 years, from a previous marriage but they do not live with me nor do I claim them as dependents on my federal income tax return. Do I have to include my other 3 children in household size Part 5 # 4 for I-864? or only the child I am claiming?
No. You only list members of your household.

As my colleague from NY indicates only members of your household.
Attorney Robert Brown's (former INS Director, 1972-99) reply to your question is general in nature, and does not constitute legal advice as all facts are known to him. For specific advice or representation you should retain an attorney experienced in immigration law. Mr. Brown's reply on AVVO does not create an attorney/client relationship not constitute legal advice.
