I sued my partners in 2016 because there was balance due to vendors when we closed the business. They countered back and sued back to us. Nothing happened for a year and now we got this "Notice of Dismiss for lack of Prosecution".
We do not want to fight no more. We are defendant and now I do not have lawyer too.
Should we attend "Notice of Dismiss for lack of Prosecution" court date? What will happen to us?
Case will be dismissed that’s what happened although I’m not sure about the claim against you. Your best option is to greet with the defendants to shake hands, walk away, and file mutual dismissal with prejudice
