yes I would like to get married I have found out that my husband that I was trying to get divorced from was actually married at the time of our marriage so do I need to get divorce papers or an annulment
If he was married to someone else at the time he married you, you can seek an annulment, unless you and he had children together. In the latter case you will have to obtain a divorce.
I agree with Ms. Smith. To expound upon what she said, I think you will have to file for an annulment, and proceed with obtaining an order, rather than simply treating your marriage as a nullity and filing for a marriage license.

I agree with my colleagues, you will want to still file for an annulment. If you have children together that could also be an issue that needs to be addressed. You may want to consult with an attorney who can review the facts of your case and help you plan the proper course of action.
