I purchased a new straight talk Samsung phone from walmart the last of june. I had it activated in Aug. It died in Dec. wouldn't turn on, charge or anything. now there are sending a refurb one. what do I need to do?
It depends upon the terms and conditions of the cell phone replacement agreement. In most cases, there will be some language in the agreement that states that the company can replace your damaged phone with a factory refurbished one.
