When my husband and I get into an especially heated argument(non violent) he used to call my parents or record me yelling at him and then send it to my parents family friends etc. Because of this I have had to cut off all contact with my family. Now instead of calling my family he just calls the police on me. He once told me to take a drive and calm down then as soon as I left the house, called the police and told them I was going to hurt myself to which a certain deputy informed me I could not return to my home. I had no money. No coat. No Blankets and had no choice but to keep driving around until he decided it was ok for me to come home. Another time My OB put me on total bed rest ( I was not to be sitting or standing or we could lose the baby at 7 months after we had just lost our baby boy at 16 weeks the year before) My husband decided to start yelling and screaming at me and calling me names because I couldn’t 1. Help him get the kids ready for church and 2 I couldn’t chase after my 2 year old and he had to take her with him by himself. After about 30 minutes I lost it and started yelling back at him.
