Sorry to hear what happened to you. Whether you have a case depends on whether the casino had notice of the spill on which you claimed to have slipped. In other words, that the casino either knew about it or that the spill existed for a long enough period of time such that the casino, in the exercise of reasonable care, should have discovered it and cleaned it up. If the spill was created minutes or even seconds before your fall (perhaps by a different customer) then there'd be no basis to bring a lawsuit. Regardless, you might be partially at fault for what happened given that you admittedly saw the spill once you were inside the stall.
