I got locked up and went through the system and they give me an a.c.d and don't let me fight it and say don't get in trouble for a year and it will be dismissed
The issue is whether the police had probable cause to arrest you. You need to serve a Notice of Claim within 90 days of the arrest to preserve your state law claim. Speak to a personal injury lawyer asap.
