I brought my brand new 2017 three week old Jeep back to the dealership for small issue Problem went away. When I went to pick up my Jeep from dealer and was about to leave i noticed damage to rear bumper, (I'm glad I seen it before leaving) Because no One informed me of the mastake they have made. a tech or dealer employee back my vehicle into something during servicing. I instant got the service director and showed him. All he said was bring it back next week and we will fix it. And im figuring probably give me some cheap rental no where near as nice or as good as my new Jeep. I am exstremly upset and this is a huge inconvience to me and also I am unable to drive my new vehicle while it's being fixed. Also now my new vehicle will have a tarnice on its service record and vehicle is no longer perfect. It's 3 weeks old.
You have a claim for property damage and nothing more, and if the repair is made no legal damages at all.
