Hello, my name is Tim. I was a very popular streamer on a website called Twitch.tv! After spending thousands of dollars getting all of my equipment set up to stream, (and gaining a very large, active, monetized following), an admin of the site spoke in chat, saying "Nice Justin Bieber Hair" and then banned me from the site entirely without reason. My followers and I requested any sort of appeal or information only to be completely, inconsiderately denied. I believe this to be discrimination. Twitch is owned by Amazon.
You should check their rules and the terms you agreed to. Generally this is a contractual issue, so the terms for signing up are going to control. Generally, they can do whatever they want as they have control over their social media.
Unfortunately, the twitch TOS says: "Twitch reserves the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Twitch Service (including to post Broadcaster Content), and to block or prevent your future access to and use of the Twitch Service."
With these words in their TOS, their is no way to return to Twitch unless their customer service people listen to your pleas.
