I just received my 2nd dui a few weeks ago. My first one was 8 years ago. I am also paying monthly payments on a 500 dollar fine for dwlsr from the end of last year. I did not do any tests besides the field eye test.
364 days in jail is the max sentence.
Suggestion: Rather than focusing on your penalties perhaps you should consider how to beat or mitigate your case (hint: hire a lawyer)... or not... it's your case and your life.
Consult with a few local DUI lawyers.
Wishing you luck and hoping that I have been helpful in answering your question.
