My ex girlfriend has full sole custody of my three children, my 2 girls receive ssi, am I required to pay child support
If the amount you would otherwise have to pay is greater then the SSDI for the children, then yes.
this is general information and not providing specific legal advise nor is it creating an attorney/client privilege nor an attorney/client relationship.
You likely will have to pay child support. First, you have not specified the reason that the children are receiving the SSI. You will receive credit towards your child support if the SSI is paid to them as a result of your claim, not the children's separate claim. Second, SSI may reduce your child support but it will not eliminate it because you have one child who is not receiving SSI. You should talk to an attorney in person to get a detailed answer to your question.
