My husband filed over a year ago and nothing has happened in court or nothing has been settled.. nothing in 1 year.. do the divorce papers expire? Will he have to refile at some point? Are the judges orders nole and void after some point??
It depends. Call the circuit clerk's office at the courthouse. Ask them what happens. Sometimes they r dismissed with notice, sometimes without, some not dismissed at all.
