I am willing to sell a wooded Lot A to my neighbor with permanent deeded restrictions (no occupied buildings or sheds, no overnight parking of RVs and campers, etc.). If he later combines Lot A with his Lot B and gives the land to his daughter as Lot C (Lot A + Lot B), do the deed restrictions carry on on the portion of Lot C that was formerly my Lo A?
