My boyfriends bestfriend wants to go visit him in Dallas County Jail yet he's currently on probation in Tarrant County and technically he is not allowed to leave his county without his PO approval. I personally advise him not to go but I don't think I'm getting through him. Thanks!
Most county jails check visitors for open warrants. They do not do full backround checks. However, if he has a travel restriction in the terms and conditions of his probation, then he would be technically violating the terms and conditions of his probation by leaving the county. He could avoid this by requesting permission from his PO to travel to Dallas county. There is no point in committing even a technical violation of probation when it could easily be avoided.
