My neighbor pushed me into a tree and graced my face with his fist. The cops were called and he took off from the scene, I’ve been told this individual has numerous arrests for assaults in the last ten years. The officer wrote out a citation for disorderly conduct on the individual and sent it over the the county attorney. Will he be charged with more than just a disorderly conduct? Can I push to have something more happen?
