Opc is being vindictive and trying to get a judgement against me for $750 for filing costs.
At the last minute we got a new judge who I’m uncertain if he even read the pleading or oppo to demurrers.
This party lied to the court and got away with m*rder.
Not sure how the court will rule on the moc but what is the worst part of such a judgment. I know it’s a dismissal judgment but how does it affect your credit if at all. My address and social are not tied to this case so don’t see how it would affect my credit as there is no action against me just the word “judgment” is concerning.
Could have just paid it to them without all the hoopla.
The court does not rule on a Memorandum of Costs unless there is a Motion to Tax or Strike Costs. Costs are not awardable unless there is a Judgment of Dismissal.
