Me and my brother both had same charges two diff cases and both have a diff Pd in same county is this considered a conflict of interest because we are brothers what would be. Conflict of interest also my Pd act last as if she doesn’t care about my cases nor myself
Your attorney should be able to explain this to you. You will either be appointed another attorney or you are free to hire someone that you feel comfortable with. A lot of attorneys in your area offer free consultations.
If different cases, then it appears no conflict. ................ I also agree with Mr. Glance
