I got sentenced 20 days caltrans in lieu of jail I am on my last extension judge said if I don't finish I would do 50 days in jail I work a lot may not finish I have 13 days done..will those 13 days be credited as jail time? And what percentage of jail time would I actually serve???...
The 13 days would be credited. You will probably receive half time credits, so you should 26 days credit leaving 24 to do at half time.
The judge said you will do 50 days in jail, so I'm guessing you'll do 50 days in jail with half off or 25 days. I take judges for their word. You should as well.

It would be a whole lot easier if you just took some "personal time" from work and did Caltrans. It's certainly better than spending over three weeks in jail which might cost you your job. Right now, you're in control of your "time off" from work, so make the call to finish your Caltrans.
