Please help me in this hard time ... I have changed my status from B1 to E2 on my 6th visit to united status ... My dependent applied their visa wife and daughter there were being refused without any reason ... Since for me my family important i left the united states in 2 days after refusal of my dependents ... I know now my changed of status is void i have to get E2 visa from consulate ... But today my wife got a cal from consulate and they said come for the interview again we have now received your fully documents so what does that mean now because this is not normal after refusal why consulate will call again ... Is this that they wanna give visa now ... But about me now ... can i visit embassy with my wife thag day to them know that i am here now ... please help its important ... can i speak with embassy that i left US because of my family refusal and looking to get E2 visa from consulate by starting fresh case again or shall i just tell then to restamp my visa ... Please reply in detail what are the chances what is the good sign or what shall i do now
