my ex filed appeal in TN circuit court for DNN petition I filed years ago in TN juvenile court when me and my child lived in TN then, after recent circuit court hearing, a modified visitation order was issued after my DNN petition dismissed that I filed another appeal unto TN court of appeal to try to void circuit court's visitation order for no subject matter jurisdiction since me, my child and my ex all moved out of TN for years (court moving slow). While waiting for court of appeal, I didn't follow TN circuit court order and my ex keeps filing contempt petition in circuit court knowing the judge keeps jurisdiction & will punish me? How can I get the whole jurisdiction transfer back to Juvenile court or get another unbiased judge for hearing while my appeal case waiting in higher court?
