I reached out to a Vegas club about being provided a chair, as needed, to accommodate my disability as a result of military service. If I stand for too long, my back will lock up and cause immense pain. The club responded that no "open seating" will be provided and that my only option is bottle/table service.
Is the club in the wrong? If so, what is recommended action?
Unclear whether the table service was full at the time or not.
I am unclear about the facts as well...Is this an employment question?
