I not a smart person, I apologize on my statement its confusing. But I try to find advice. The employer who put me on this condition. It made me paranoid and emotional, please I'm asking nicely and respect you all highly, please just give even little consideration, I didn't grow up on this country, The only thing I'm good at is to work with my two hands and respect others ,to get respect back ,that's what my loving parents made me learn. And again I'm so sorry.

It sounds like you may have some psychological problems because of your employer. If that is the case, you may have a Worker's Compensation claim. He mentioned that he didn't grow up in this Country and likely English is not your first language. I recommend you try to find an attorney who speaks, or at least who has office staff that speaks, your native language. Good luck!
