The mobile home park was sold to new owner which doesn't allow pit bulls ..we've been here 3 years and now having to move...is there a clause or grandfathered clause on this ?
If you have a written lease, you may argue the new owner succeeded to the lease, assuming all rights and responsibilities/duties, reciprocally to you. If you do not, contact the previous owner and ask for a letter or some form of acknowledgment that you have been there with the pitbull and your lease includes the dog etc. A letter from a vet saying the pitbull is a healthy, mild animal would help, and a similar letter from you stating the dog has never attacked anyone etc. Sometimes, dogs are mixed breed. My bulldog is part Great Dane and looks like a pitbull. People think he is a pitbull. Can the new owner really tell...? A good vet will certify for you if the animal is part bulldog, a vet can register him as a bulldog, if you know what I mean :)
