Last week our daughter came to us after they had a special session at her school (on a Friday) about sexual harassment and misconduct. She let the head master know what happen to her and then our daughter told us that evening. She was sitting next to the boy on the bus and he continually tried to reach up her shirt and kept attempting to grab her crotch. I spoke with the head master and she said they were going to handle it on that Monday. By 2 pm Monday I still hadn't heard anything. I called up there and told them I needed to hear something today. The disciplinarian at the school called me back and told me that they had spoke with him and that it was being handled. When I asked what was going to happen. I was told I" wasn't allowed to know that information". I then asked if he would still be at the school, and was told again that I "wasn't allowed to know that information" I went down and spoke to the president of the school and was told that if it hadn't happened a year ago that there would be more they could do, but that I still am not allowed to know what disciplinary actions they are taking. I am running out of characters, but would like to know what i should do next. TY
You are "not allowed to know that information" from them. You can file police criminal charges against the boy. And sue the school if you wish for allowing it to happen. In the course of discovery you will likely find out what the discipline was (or was not).
