This is a bit of a wordy question, but I was wondering first if the DACA renewal prices are going up as of January 1st 2020?
Also, I currently am under DACA, it expires on March 9, last time I had a lawyer renew my DACA since I ran into some legal trouble and revived an MIP for alcohol but I still revived my DACA after the lawyer filed it. I am a student and have a job and have not been in any legal trouble since, is a lawyer necessary to renew this time?
It is always a good idea to use a lawyer's services in the beginning of request for relief petition or application because you pay more when the lawyer is hired to correct your missteps
I agree that it is always a good idea to have an attorney assist you.
PLUS, you should file NOW ... we're filing 150-180 days before expiration.
