A CPS worker by the name of Patrick entered our lives after the first view visits he made an assessment of our child's well being. His evaluation was that everything was in order he also stated that she had everything she needed. After that he kept comming by after he said everything looked good. Month later he found us again and when he was denied the ability to talk with us he later that day came with the police and seized my child without warning or or a ligitament reason for removal my daughter is four months old and I haven't seen her since October 31st. It's been an emotional downfall for us to have had our baby snatched. They have also lacked a profcianal cunduct when it comes to providing us with information court dates.
Maybe you have a different Constituion than I do. Mine provides in the 4th Amendment the right of one citizen to have the rights of a citizen in another State if they go to that State. The 14th disallows racial discrimination, essentially. You don't explain how either of those work in your case.
CPS has an obligation to take care of children. When someone who has been alleged to have done something harmful to a child CPS is authorized to investigate and they do not do their job if they ignore the potential claim. When a parent of a child denies them access to the child they legitimately have a concern about why that has happened and not only can, but must take some action to potentially protect the child. It appears that is is what happened in your case.
You have a right to have a shelter care (or whatever your State calls this service) in your local Juvenile court to see if the taking was proper. If you cannot afford an attorney one will be appointed to help you as well. Have you taken advantage of this right?
If you feel your have been wronged then hire a lawyer to see what action is suggested.
You need to be working with an attorney right now! If you couldn’t afford to hire an attorney, one was appointed to you at Detention.
Listen and ask questions.
