i gave urine and she made me throw it out thinking i tampered with it asked me to pee again and i tryed 1 hour and 45 minutes later shes violating me for being positive because i couldnt pee again got 1 year house arrest
I recommend you call your probation officer first thing in the morning to see if she will let you come in and take a drug test. She does not have to allow you to. If she does happen to violate you, hire an attorney to put forth a strong defense against this violation.

While they may have suspected a diluted urine, they should have preserved the evidence. There is a proper chain of custody they have to follow. You need an experienced attorney to try and keep you out of prison.
