I'm 17 and he's 15 . and he can't handle being at home he's been wanting to kill himself. He comes over to get away cause its the only place he has to go . so would my mom try to get custody ?
I suppose your mother could get custody of your 15 y/o boyfriend. It is possible. Not knowing additional facts, it would be hard to say -i.e. the family situation with his parents. She would have to qualify as a de facto-custodian. You may possibly consider a legal guardianship or trying to get him some counseling.
