I am 15 and a 16 year old was sexting me and she wasn't offended by it but I sent a nude picture that she asked for then she threaten to call the police. Could I go to jail if she asked for the picture?
You may be able to be charged as a delinquent for electronic dissemination of child pornography. She could also be charged as a delinquent. You need to be very careful from hereon, and not delete any of the images that were sent or received. Also, you need to have your parents hire you a criminal defense attorney immediately, and don't say anything further on here about the facts of this, because anything you say could be held against you.
Yes. Both of you could go to jail for this. She is not innocent here either.
