I want a tattoo, but my mom has always said that if she saw one on me at any age she would take me to get it removed. I assume she couldn’t possibly do that against my will if I’m now an adult, but hey I don’t know.
Once you are an adult, your parents cannot force any medical procedure (including but not limited to tattoo removal) upon you against your will.
