I'm a 31 year old male with Living in West Virginia I have a family, two kids I work a everyday job etc, but in 2016 I was arrested for allegedly delivery of meth. I ended up pleaing down to a attempt to commit a felony delivery of meth.. I did my time, drug programs etc.. So is there anyways I can go about getting my rights back.. I hate being unarmed
You can request a pardon, then restoration of your federal rights by petition to the federal government. But, realistically, there isnt a mechanism in place since Congress has not funded the ATF background checks which are required as part of restoring your rights.
