I filed a motion for contempt for many violations. One issue she was found in contempt for. Another issue which was phone contact that was not being followed except for a very small percentage of the order. This was not her in contempt However the commissioner change the order to be more specific. Specific days and specific times. As is typical last night's call did not come through. As petty as it may seem I want to make the court aware that this is already beginning only 2 weeks after the order. Is it reasonable To file contempt again? Or file a motion to enforce? It is important to hold her feet to the fire or there will be multiple Violations
Judges have broad powers to enforce their orders.
