I'm a rep for a canning company. The gave me an aggressive goal of $500K, I sold $496K worth of product. While they paid the first two levels achieved, they did a number of things I feel stopped me from making the goal. They with held information on a major account learned in August from me, until December, this alone could have put me over. They ceased providing samples, they told me at one point not to call as they were "too busy". The never provide progress reports on goal achievements, they didn't clarify the closing dates of the program. They never shared marketing data, the account has always been suspect, missing invoices, accounts at times. I laid out my complaint to the sales mgr, his response, forget it or perhaps the company is not a good fit for you. After I've doubled the business in 24 months. Do I have a cause of action?
