it took them 11 days--(second time limit miss)-to turn in all photos,documents,statements, etc what ever you have to proof your case against julio Zamora for falsify logs on Dec 6, 2010.-they miss the second time lime, by 14 days? all information to be turn in by Dec 25, 2010?--nothing was ever turn in to proof their case even after they miss the 10 day time limit. they set a meeting for Jan. 11, 2011? Time limits for NLRB miss because I am waiting for the company to call me back to work because they miss all time limits in the contract plus they failed to proof anything when required to do so within 10 day time limit. Sent HOME on Dec 7, 2010? DISCHARGE DENIED on Dec 17, 2010 in reply from the union, Attorney denied me arbitration,cannot win? What I already won, right? (time limit)
