Question is if i win a civil UD case against a plaintiff but I have a state case. If i win the ud with a settlement can i still move forward with my state case against the plaintiff? Even with the settlement but the suit is way different then the UD one is a UD and the state case is a discrimination case? Can i settle one and continue the other?
One has nothing to do with the other. However, best to consult with an attorney to properly advise you. A discrimination lawsuit is not a type of case that you want to be handling in pro per. Hire an attorney to assist you.

There are just too many moving parts to your question for us to be able to solve anything or to explain anything from the long distance platform of a web site. You should go see a lawyer, or two and discuss your situation. Normally, settlement agreements close the door on you being able to do that exact thing by making you waive all claims each of you may have against each other, even including unknown claims.
