If a lawyer claims he/she wins 100% of his/her cases, then I would not believe the claim. The only way one could do this is to take highly selective cases and not borderline cases. Even then, you are going to lose some. There was a West Virginia attorney who won 100% of his cases but he had both the judge and the doctor on his payroll. They are now all in jail. You should carefully select your attorney. Make sure he/she is experienced and knows the local judges. Make sure he/she is a member of NOSSCR. Make sure he/she specializes in Social Security Disability claims. Good Luck.
