Child has celiac and ex keeps feeding him gluten, what can I do?
We have 50/50 and ex is domicillary parent (very political reasons/corruption etc) He never makes dental or medical appts and I have to bc he doesn’t and he cancels the appts and may make new ones. I’ve become concerned due to my child physical and emotional well-being- he’s been very irritable to a point I’ve been scared- it’s a side effect of celiac if left untreated by a gluten free diet- my ex continues to feed our child gluten and tells him not to tell anyone and my child has told me numerous times and he says,”it’s better for me to eat gluten than not eat at all.” He scared to tell anyone and he doesn’t want Dad In trouble - but this is hazardous to our child’s health and he refuses to let me take him to his gi dr To get tests run- what can I do? Does this deem emergent or do I have to seek emergent custody or do I have to wait another 4+ months to take him back to court
