we joined our baby to new daycare and for some reason we pulled her out in 2 days. but the contract says we have to give 2 weeks notice if not pay. Is there any law in virginia for such contracts?
Many daycares charge a two-week fee. You breached a contract and therefore pay the damages, That is because the day care workers' schedules have been set and have to be paid.
