I have joint legal custody and every other week and two days of the week physical custody Tuesday and Wednesday after school until 9 PM of a 15 year old. We had an argument in which lead to another level. Anyway It came out to be that he doesn't want to be with me any longer and he is with his mom and I have not seen him or have any type of contact whatsoever for 4 months. I know his already 15 years old but is there's a way that I could do something so I can see my son or talk to him legally?
If mom won’t assist you on working on the relationship with your kid then file for contempt and/or a modification of custody so the court can assist you. Perhaps try to see if you child will go to reunification therapy with you.
