I have 2 children who are being harassed by their father. The oldest child does not want anything to do with the father due to his behavior and character but the youngest child is too young to understand what is going on. Example he calls the oldest child a B and tells her to F off. During the visits all he does is talk down to her and he is always sending me nasty text messages. he refuses to change and he is currently up for Deportation but he is fighting for custody to try and stay in the states. I have an attorney and have provided the text messages etc. but the judge keeps letting him get away with his behavior. It’s been a few years now what should I do?
I would need more information to see what was ordered, what has changed since the last order, and what is the best plan moving forward. Our office offers free legal consultations.
