I was at court on July 11th 2018 for a misdemeanor DUI case. I ended up getting 5 years probation. I was going to leave the cop told me I had a warrant for him I arrest for insurance fraud. Back in December 2017 I was in a car accident two days before Christmas. I never reported to the DMV but did call insurance and tell them what happened. I never had an insurance agent come out and look at my car and I never took any pay out to have my car fixed. I don’t understand why is this happening.
Since I’m on probation for the DUI or my charges going to be more serious? Can I call my insurance and ask them why they are these charges against me?
DO NOT call the insurance company. The DA is prosecuting you, not them. Make any false statement to an insurance company or proving false information is illegal. Obtain a consultation with a local criminal defense attorney at once!

Sounds like you were put on probation after you got the insurance fraud case so the probation has nothing to do with it. You should hire an attorney immediately and let them deal with it.

You'll find out soon enough what this is all about .
But I wouldn't be talking to anyone but your lawyer right now.
This response does not create any attorney-client relationship. Only a signed written agreement can do that. This answer is only in relation to the facts presented and may change according to unidentified facts. Always consult with an attorney.
