i got marriage in USA and 4 years ago i got divorce. My marriage was place also in Poland. now i want also place divorce in Poland and i collect all the documents, but they still missing one. They ask me about judgment of absolute divorce, certificate of non complaint. where i can get this document?
I don't know why you would have to get divorced again in Poland. I would expect that your US divorce is recognized there. It sounds as though they just want a copy of the Judgment of Divorce that was entered here.
I'd suggest calling Natlia Teper - she is Polish and admitted in both Poland and New Jersey and handles a lot of these international issues -- www.teperlaw.com .
