All things considered,
what do you think about a kind of
cease-and-desist letter being
used to combat
so to speak
a writ of execution.
Objectively, perhaps, we should end forms of pain in civilization so to speak.
Cease and desist letters are from one "world", the worlds of "or else I will sue you". A writ of execution is from a different world - the world of "it's [the trial, the case] is over".
Ending forms of pain in civilization - well, that's another world from the first two.
The above is general legal and business analysis. It is not "legal advice" but analysis, and different lawyers may analyse this matter differently, especially if there are additional facts...
Bad idea. Cease and desist will not affect writ of execution.
Hire an attorney to end your pain.
