My teenage daughter got into trouble and cbs is involved. They asked me to do a drug screening. I agreed because I don't do drugs. I know I'll pass. But I hear they stand over and watch you pee. If I can't pee being watched will they fail me?? And is it common for them to watch u pee?? I have to go to a place not at cbs office or court house for the testing... What's the odds of me having someone watch me pee??
In almost all circumstances drug screens are not considered valid unless the specimen is "observed". Meaning, yes, someone will have to watch you pee.
