Ron and Scott offer sound advice. Also, you may have an unfair trade practices claim if the dealer is trying to cheat you out of money. You will need an expert to talk about the mechanical aspects of the repairs and whether the dealer fixed the car improperly. Get a lawyer to help you. Good luck.
