My EAD card is valid from 06/17/2008 to 05/25/2009 and my H1b visa starts from 10/01/2009 to 08/30/2012. I need an I20 stating cap-gap relief for my green card application purposes. However my school said I can no longer apply for I20 issuance. What can I show as proof for cap-gap period for my green card interview.
Your I-20 from 2009 showing the cap-gap extension.

I am not understanding your question. If you are married and have a greencard interview set, assuming you are married to a US citizen, you would not need what you are stating you need. If you have not already, I strongly suggest that you consult with an immigration attorney to be sure you are ready for your marriage based adjustment interview. If I can be of any further assistance please let me know.
