my son is in southern state and his sister wants to visit him but she has 2 warrants will they lock her up?
Anywhere a law enforcement officer is present she is subject to arrest. Thus if she visits she may be arrested.

They have computers and they are law enforcement. What they will do is unknown. You know what they cab do.
Both of my esteemed colleagues are correct....the COs at the state prison will have conducted record checks on those listed to visit your son. Regarding their ''locking her up'', it is anyone's guess but i would advise against her visit.PS Why doesn't she simply address the ''city warrants'' since she will need to address them anyway. If she wants to visit someone, it should be an AVVO affiliated attorney who could help her with those warrants!
