I work a particular demographics which people/ clients come into irate all the time. People constantly throw death threats to employees and on occasion assault workers. Now I work as a temp, which if I’m assaulted I have to take the hit. if someone permanent was assaulted they get 18 months off with pay. So in one occasion a client spat in my face and nothing was done. The agency I work for doesn’t even want to pay the hospital bill. So I was wondering if I can sue?
