Non Custodial Parent has failed to pay their portion of a medical bill. I filed paperwork and had an officer serve the NCP, but the officer failed to fill out the time and location and also may have failed to provide paperwork to show reason why NCP is being sued. The NCP responded within 14 days requesting the judge to dismiss the case due to lack of documentation.
Consult with an attorney. If the service was defective, you can arrange to have NCP served again.
